As a talent acquisition business partner for 13 years, Ashwin has attracted best-in-class talent for large multi-nationals in Asia Pacific while working with DNVGL, T-Systems, SAP, Lawson Software and Infor. With an entrepreneurial spirit, he has built high performing teams across various functions of these corporate and has experienced recruiting situations from greenfield to mergers & acquisitions.

As a career coach, Ashwin has been a guest speaker notably at HRM Asia's Career Congress, Nanyang Technology University and SP Jain School of Global Management. Through his career talks, he has guided aspirants differentiate their personal brand as top talents empowering them to get the job they love and accelerate their career. He has earned a bachelor degree in Engineering from the University of Madras and an MBA in HR from Sikkim Manipal University.

Ashwin is a Singapore resident who lives in the city-state with his wife and their little daughter for over 10 years. He has an appetite for people videography and travelling.
